The hockey team qualified for the semi-final after winning three games and drawing two. They faced Truro School in a closely contested semi-final match that was decided on sudden death flicks. They went on to beat Wadebridge in the final.
The netball team easily qualified for the final by winning all their games. The final was a round robin between four teams to decide the winner. The High School girls drew 9-9 with Truro School, convincingly beat Penair 16-4 and Mounts Bay 12-3 to win overall on goal difference.
Truro High School's Head of PE, Debbie Freeman, said: "Winning both of these titles for the last three years is a remarkable achievement and I congratulate all the girls who have taken part."
