The most important thing is to come and see Truro High for yourself. Take a bit of time to look around the school and picture your daughter taking part in all the things we do.
Open Days
These events will offer you the chance to see the school in action and take a close look at our facilities including the theatre, dance studio and engineering room. You will also have the chance to meet staff, parents and students and to hear from our Headmistress who will tell you more about the benefits your daughter could reap by being part of a small school focused entirely on providing a tailored education for girls.
Summer Term Open Days
Prep and Senior School Open Morning
Wednesday 12 June 2024 – 9.30am – 12 noon

Reception Summer Sessions (For girls that will be Reception age in Sept 24)
Girls and their parents are invited to come along to each session with girls dressed in the colour or colours that we will be learning about that week.

Girls can be dropped off for these sessions which will be lots of fun with opportunities for building, getting creative, physical skills, letters and numbers as well as water fun!

Prep/Senior School Open Days June 2024
Private Tours
If you have missed our Open Day we are more than happy to give you a private tour of the school with our Headmistress during a normal working day. A typical visit lasts one and a half hours and we would encourage you to bring your daughter with you.
Taster Days
Once you have visited the school, the next step is to arrange a Taster Day. This will be organised to suit your daughter’s schedule and that of the relevant year group. Prospective pupils join us for a normal school day or two and will be looked after by a host pupil at all times.
We have found the Taster Day to be enormously useful in giving girls the chance to get to know their new classmates and to experience the warm and welcoming atmosphere here first hand. There is no charge and school lunch is provided. Those girls seeking a boarding place will also be invited for a Taster Sleepover.
