The move follows the latest government guidelines update for schools in England.

It’s been wonderful over the last few weeks to see the school brought to life with the laughter and voices of our Pre-Prep and Prep 6 girls and it’s going to be so lovely to have as many girls as possible together very soon.

With the current restrictions, it won’t be quite the school the girls left in March but we will give them a warm THS welcome and make every effort to ensure their final weeks of term are a truly memorable experience.

Some families have made the decision to keep their daughters at home and these girls will continue their academic journey over the last few days of term via our virtual school.

Head of Prep, Miss Annabel Ramsey said: “The focus of this time in school is very firmly on being back at school and back together; time to reconnect and provide a boost to the girls’ well-being ahead of the summer holidays.”

“Whilst the last few weeks will have been disruptive and somewhat confusing for the girls, it is lovely to know that they have missed THS and that they are so keen to return to their school – we will be very pleased to have them back too.”
