An exciting programme combining cooking for life with the chance to learn new skills direct from some of Cornwall’s most celebrated chefs.

‘Taste’ at Truro High will build on existing skills to prepare students for independent living and delicious dining.

From menu planning and budgeting through to knife skills and food safety and hygiene, the programme will equip students from Year 11 to Year 13 for university and the culinary demands of life beyond.
