Entry is free for all with dozens of classic cars lining up to take part alongside a dazzling array of prestige sports and super cars. Those who prefer two wheels will also be looked after with bikes, old and new, set to attend.

Organiser Jon Dean said: “We are opening our doors to Cornwall’s classic car owners and would love as many of them as possible to join us. Our girls have a real passion for motorsports and we can’t wait to see what comes through the school gates on the day.”

“We will have more modern vehicles coming along as well ranging from Ferraris to Teslas to a display of military vehicles from the Second World War from the Cornwall Military Vehicle Club. It’s the first time we have staged this event and it will mark the start of Cornwall’s Motorsports month and we really hope it’s going to be a great day.”

Alongside the car show will be a Best of the West Cornish Produce Market run by Hospitality Table Cornwall. With stalls selling everything from gin to cheese and from clothing to gifts, there will be no shortage of things to see and do.

The show takes place from 11am to 3pm on Sunday 8 September at Truro High School with plenty of free parking on site.

If you would like to exhibit your classic, or modern classic, car or bike, the school would love to hear from you. For more details please email Jon Dean at jdean@trurohigh.co.uk as soon as possible.
