The sisters, who are in Prep 5 and Year 7, are set to perform the award-winning Scratch® Youth Messiah at the world-renowned classical music venue.

The performance will showcase 1,500 young singers from youth choirs all over the country who come together to sing Handel’s Messiah with professional orchestra and soloists. Performers range in age right from 7 to 25-years old.

Director of the National Youth Choir of Great Britain, Ben Parry will conduct with accompaniment from the English Festival Orchestra.

Proud mum, Claire said: “It’s such an amazing opportunity, which they are really excited about!”

Keen musicians, the sisters play a wealth of instruments including violin, piano and guitar alongside their singing commitments with the county Girls’ Choir. They regularly win top prizes at competitions such as the Cornwall Music Festival.

When they’re not wowing audiences on stage, the sisters can often be found making a splash in the swimming pool. This year alone, the girls have returned from the National Surf Lifesaving Pool and Nipper Championships laden with medals and top 20 places.
