Pitted against the region’s top shooters, Alice once again proved a force to be reckoned with scooping the Best Junior and overall South West Open Title at this prestigious competition. At just 17-years-old Alice beat all senior competitors, many of whom have at least 20 years’ experience in the field, to win this title.

Alice also stormed to victory as part of St Austell Shooting Club winning the overall Team title in the competition.

The coming months certainly look busy for the young markswoman. This October, Alice hopes to continue her winning streak as she defends her title at the Welsh Open Championships taking on challengers of all ages, and both sexes, at what is one of the country’s largest shooting events.

Alice continues to go from strength to strength at the country’s top shooting competitions as she drives towards her ultimate ambition of representing Team GB at the 2020 Olympic Games in Japan. She is currently the County, Regional and Welsh Open rifle shooting champion, an international gold medallist and competes with the Great Britain Talent Squad for rifle and pistol shooting.
