Recently, we were delighted to welcome two esteemed Teachers of the Year, Titus Adjei and Emmanuel S.G from Roman Ridge School in Accra, Ghana, to experience life at Truro High.

Emmanuel, an award-winning A Level History teacher, had the opportunity to teach History with our own Mrs McWilliams, and Titus, a Maths and Physics specialist, immersed himself in our STEM lessons, exploring our vast and jam-packed STEM department.

Both Titus and Emmanuel were deeply impressed by the vibrant atmosphere and academic excellence at Truro High. They had the opportunity to share their life at Roman Ridge and in Accra in a Senior School assembly, and they commended our girls for their enthusiasm, curiosity and supportive environment.

Their visit is part of an ongoing partnership between THS and Roman Ridge School, last year we were delighted to welcome Roman Ridge teachers Felix and Abenaa as part of the first teachers visit, and they also revelled at their time with our students. This partnership is a testament to our globally minded school community.

We are sure that this won’t be the last time Titus and Emmanuel visit THS!
