We are delighted to announce that Truro High School is one of only 6 schools nationally to be named as a FINALIST in the Independent Schools of the Year Awards 2024, for Independent Girls’ School of the Year!

To be named as a finalist is recognition of not only the supportive, nurturing environment of our school, but the glowing enthusiasm of our girls, and the continued hard work and dedication of our teachers and staff.

Headmistress, Sarah Matthews, said: “I could not be more delighted to have been announced as a finalist in the Independent School of the Year Awards, it is such an incredible honour. We work incredibly hard here to give our girls the very best experience that we can, and to have that recognised on a national level, being in the final 6 for Girls’ School of the Year is absolutely brilliant. Awards are not what drives us, the happiness of the girls and the opportunities that we are able to give them is the important thing to us, but to have this benchmarked and for someone else to say that what we do is incredible is an absolutely brilliant accolade.”

The winners will be announced later in October at the ISOTY Awards ceremony, and we hope you’ll join us in keeping everything crossed until then!!
