A huge congratulations to our LAMDA students across the school, who received their long awaited results this week from their exams in April.

An incredible 92% of our LAMDA cohort gained Distinctions – that’s a total of 70 Distinctions and 6 Merits overall!

We are so proud of all of our girls, whose commitment, preparation and hard work undoubtedly payed off. Among the slew of wonderful results are LAMDA students old and new, with many girls taking part for the very first time!

In Prep School, well done to Prep 3 Arabella, who started LAMDA this year and earned a score of 95 for her Verse and Prose Solo Introductory, and Prep 6 Rosie, who earned a score of 90 for her Grade 2 Musical Theatre.

In the Senior School, Year 8 Kika gained a score of 94 in her Grade 3 Acting Combined, and Year 9 Maisie gained a score of 96 in her Grade 3 Acting Solo. Both Tatty and Jemima were awarded distinctions for their Grade 6 Acting Solo, and thus will be awarded 12 UCAS points respectively, ahead of their A Level studies next year! Also congratulations to Year 13 Mia, who was completely new to LAMDA this year and embarked on the difficult Grade 8 certificate. Mia worked incredibly hard and gained a very comfortable distinction with a score of 89, which will award her 30 extra UCAS points ahead of her A Level results in August and her University studies in autumn.

Finally, a special mention to two of our Boarders, Katalina and Kellyann, who were both completely new to LAMDA this year, and embarked on their Public Speaking courses slightly later in the year. Their commitment and hard work certainly paid off, with both girls receiving distinctions at Grade 4.

These girls are just a few of the highlights, but the entire LAMDA cohort has shown exceptional dedication and talent and we are so proud of the outstanding achievements across the board. Well done everyone!
