Sizzling September Summer Fun at Truro High
The first Indian Summer Fun day was a sizzling success! Parents, relatives, friends, teachers and girls from Nursery to Upper Sixth enjoyed ‘chilling out' on the grass tennis courts and having a go on the various stalls. For some reason the girls particularly enjoyed the Chocolate Tombola (?!) but the Clothes Swap Shop, Treasure Island, Hog Roast and Swimming Pool were also busy. With things to buy from sterling silver bracelets to sparkly 20p cup cakes there was something for everyone and we hope this will become an annual event. Even better – a staggering £700 was raised to boost the FOTHS funds and this all goes to benefiting the girls across the school. Thank you for your support but special thanks to the FOTHS committee for all their hard work and to the girls who helped man the stalls.
