The course will take place in the Summer Term 2020 and will not only give students the chance to experience lessons in a top British girls’ boarding school, but also to take part in cultural visits, to gain an insight into industry through work experience and to acquire valuable new learning skills by completing an intellectual curiosity project.
Launching the new programme, Headmistress Sarah Matthews said: “I am really excited about the benefits that the Learning and Experience package will offer. Not only will the girls get to benefit from our British boarding school education, but they will also be given opportunities to help them diversify their existing learning skills and to develop new ones that will prove invaluable when it comes to applying for university.”
The course will include:
8 weeks full tuition
1 week work experience with a local business
3 day Intellectual Curiosity Project to build independent learning skills
1 week cultural trips exploring such world-renowned landmarks as The Eden Project, St Michael’s Mount and the Minack Theatre as well as the chance to take to the water with a trip along the beautiful River Fal.
Spaces on the new programme are strictly limited so to find out more, please contact Mrs Jo Norriss on 01872 242904 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
