A wide range of A Level subjects are offered at Truro High. Subjects include:
Art, Biology, Business Studies, Chemistry, Classical Civilisation, English Literature, Food and Nutrition, French,Further Mathematics, Geography, History, History of Art, Latin, Mathematics, Music, Physical Education, Physics, Psychology, Religious Philosophy and Ethics, Spanish, Textiles, Theatre Studies.
Most girls will normally study four subjects in Year 12 and drop to three in Year 13, although occasionally, some will keep all four or study three with an EPQ alongside.
On Wednesday afternoons, the girls follow a PSHE and enrichment programme. PSHE topics include personal statement writing, student finance, interview techniques, work experience, alcohol and drug awareness and yoga. Enrichment activities include the Extended Project Qualification, surf boat rowing, squash, badminton, swimming, insanity fitness, life drawing and pottery.

Every girl has their own study carrel and there is a designated room within the Sixth Form Centre for silent study, in addition to the more social common room with facilities for making drinks and snacks.
