Parents' Evenings:
Parents' Evenings are held to allow parents to meet their daughters' teachers and to discuss academic progress. If Boarding parents are unable to attend then House Staff can attend on their behalf and report back. It is also possible, by prior arrangement, to organise meetings with specific members of staff to suit a parental visit. Please contact the Deputy Head (Academic) Mrs Smith for assistance.
Telephones:
Although most girls use their own mobile phones, the girls have access to an outgoing pay phone and the House office phone. Parents are supplied with the number when their daughter becomes a boarder.
Duty Houseparents always carries a duty mobile phone and urgent messages may be left on it if the Houseparent is not available. Parents are supplied with these numbers when their daughter becomes a boarder.
During the school day you can contact your daughter via the main school reception (01872 272830) which is manned from 8.30am-4.30pm.
Email:
All girls are provided with access to the School computer network. They must agree to the guidelines for network use. Each girl receives a school email address. All messages are screened by the system for unacceptable material.
There is a fax machine, located in the School Office, which girls can use to send and receive faxes during the working day. The number is 01872 279393.
