We are seeking to appoint a Full time, Permanent Accounts Assistant to work in a busy accounts office. The successful applicant will be suitably qualified and experienced. Experience of working in a school environment and using educational accounting systems such as PASS would be an advantage.
Reporting to the School Accountant and the Bursar, your key responsibilities will be to maintain the Purchase Ledger and maintain the computerised accounting records.
Someone enthusiastic and capable of using their own initiative would do well in this position along with attention to detail and the ability to organise a heavy workload efficiently.
